Speaking & Thought Leadership
Lunch and Learn - $12,500
This opportunity includes a 45–60 minute educational session with standard AV equipment, logo recognition on signage at the session room entrance, and one 6-foot table for collateral and giveaways. Sponsors also receive access for two to the Sunday Breakfast session and Networking Reception, though education sessions are not included. In addition, sponsorship recognition is included on the HCMC Leadership Forum website, online agenda, pre-meeting “Know Before You Go” email, and post-meeting “Thank You” email, along with a post-event opt-in attendee list. Session topic and content must be educational in nature and are subject to HCMC approval.
Networking Reception -$7,500
This opportunity includes a two-minute welcome address to attendees, logo recognition on signage at the session room entrance, and a table for collateral and giveaways. Sponsors also receive branded beverage napkins and logo recognition by the bar, plus access for two to the Lunch and Learn and Sunday Breakfast session, though education sessions are not included. In addition, sponsorship recognition is included on the HCMC Leadership Forum website, online agenda, pre-meeting “Know Before You Go” email, and post-meeting “Thank You” email, along with a post-event opt-in attendee list.
